Rape Suspect Arrested

It's a place Louis Harris has been before the 41 year old faces a long list of charges including rape robbery and kidnapping. Officers tell us one of -- victims did not believe Harris was a police officer sold that man called 111 after police say Harris beat him with a gonna. He's -- Lynn Carson has the story.
