Arrest made in kidnapping scheme at local mosque

Tonight both alleged kidnappers are free but the victim is in jail. Investigative reporter Mark Douglas tells us that's just one of the many twists in this unusual case.

But Luna has never been in trouble before two bureaus -- criminal record from the 1990s involving assault and drugs. But the victim who's now in jail for skipping court has eight arrests in the past four years for crimes ranging from burglary and car theft of battery and trespassing.
